Hiring at MAYFAIR happens house by house, across every department that makes a property work — and applications are read by the people who would actually be working alongside you.

Reception, concierge, reservations and guest relations — the people a stay is largely remembered through.
Chefs across Indian, Asian, Italian and continental kitchens, along with restaurant, bar and banquet service teams.
Rooms, public areas and laundry. The department that decides, more than any other, whether a five-star claim survives contact with a guest.
Therapists, salon staff and fitness instructors across the collection's spas and wellness centres.
Corporate and leisure sales, wedding and conference planning, and the group's brand and digital work.
Maintenance and projects, accounts, procurement, human resources and IT across the properties and the corporate office.
Recruitment is handled property by property, with the corporate office supporting it. That is deliberate: the general manager of a hill resort in Darjeeling knows what that house needs on its floor, and a central desk three states away does not.
An application is read by the property it names, or — if you have not named one — by the department across the group. We would rather receive a specific application to one house than a general one to all of them.
Experience matters and is not the whole of it. Much of the collection's best service comes from people who joined without a hospitality qualification and were trained into it, and the group continues to hire that way.
What is not negotiable is the disposition: attention to a guest as a person rather than a room number, the willingness to be looked at while you work, and the patience to do the same thing well on the four hundredth occasion.
Send a current CV to careers@mayfairhotels.com, naming the department and, if you have one in mind, the property. A short note about why that house rather than another one is worth more than a covering letter written for everybody.
Applications are acknowledged, and are kept on file for future openings whether or not there is a vacancy on the day they arrive.
A CV, the department, and the property if you have one in mind. Every application is acknowledged.
