Terms & Conditions

The terms on which this website is provided, and how they relate to the booking agreement you make with a property.

Please notethis policy is being finalised. The terms that govern your stay are the ones set out on your booking confirmation and supplied by the property. Where the two differ, your confirmation prevails.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. A booking is a separate agreement between you and the property you are staying at, on the terms set out at the time of booking and confirmed to you in writing.

Where anything on this website differs from your booking confirmation, the confirmation is what applies.

Using this website

You may browse, and you may book. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to systems or data you have no right to, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Accuracy of what is published here

Descriptions, facilities and photography are kept as accurate as we can make them, and photography is of the actual properties rather than stock imagery. Even so, properties change: a restaurant closes for renovation, a facility is withdrawn for a season, a room is refurbished.

Nothing on these pages is an offer capable of acceptance. Room availability, the applicable rate, what that rate includes, and the terms of any offer are confirmed by the property at the point of booking — that confirmation is the agreement.

Bookings, rates and payment

Rates are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes and levies, which are itemised before you pay.

Payment terms, deposits and what happens if a booking is not paid on time are set by the rate you choose and are stated before you commit to it.

Changes and cancellation

Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, by when, and at what cost, depends on the rate booked. Those terms are shown before payment and repeated on your confirmation. The cancellation policy page explains how the process runs.

Conduct at the property

Properties may decline or end a stay where a guest's conduct endangers, harasses or seriously inconveniences other guests or staff, or damages the property. Where that happens, it is done for a reason that can be stated.

Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond fair wear and tear.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, this website is provided as it stands, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Intellectual property

The MAYFAIR name and marks, the photography, and the text on this site belong to the group or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Governing law and questions

These terms are governed by the law of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
