Transfer of MAYFAIR Hideaway Spa Resort, Goa
The Goa associate company and its hotel, transferred with effect from 19 April 2022.
The Group has transferred its associate company, MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts (Goa) Private Limited , to MET Technologies Private Limited , along with the hotel " MAYFAIR Hideaway Spa Resort, Goa" , with effect from 19th April 2022 .
