John's Tavern

The signature restaurant, named for the year the hotel opened. Sit at the teppanyaki counter and watch the chefs work the iron griddle in front of you.

A multi-cuisine restaurant set out in an open-air courtyard, cooking everything from prawn curries to soups.

The breakfast buffet, and Indian and international cooking for the rest of the day.

Open-air tables set above the shore, with the surf below and the sunset straight ahead. The catch comes in the same morning.
