Shaped like a balcony, which is where the name comes from, and glazed down one side with bay windows so the room is lit by daylight rather than by lamps. The kitchen is Chinese, cooked to traditional technique.

Open-air tables set above the shore, with the surf below and the sunset straight ahead. The catch comes in the same morning.
