The largest of the lawns, open to the sky and the sound of the Bay. Room for a thousand seated, or the same number moving between a mandap and a dance floor.
Turf laid right up to the sand, so the sea is the backdrop rather than the view. Best at dusk, when the light goes gold across the water.
The beach itself, marked out and dressed — barefoot ceremonies, long tables in the open, and the tide a few steps away.
A smaller walled garden for the gatherings either side of the main event — a haldi in the morning, a quiet dinner the night before.
The house's principal hall, ten feet to the ceiling and pillar-free. Seats 450 in theatre, or takes 750 standing for a reception.
A ten-foot-ceilinged hall that takes 200 in theatre and turns over to classroom or round tables between sessions.
Named for the lagoon up the coast. A mid-sized hall for a day's conference, with room for 150 standing at the close.
One of a matched pair, ten feet to the ceiling. Eighty in theatre, or forty around a U with everyone in earshot.
The twin of Conference Hall 01, and it opens alongside it when a session outgrows one room.
The largest of the three boardrooms — a single table, the door closed, and a morning's work done properly.
Sized for a working group rather than an audience, with projection and high-speed internet as standard.
